The price is fixed before you arrive, the vehicle is air-conditioned, and the driver waits 15 minutes free if you're running late. The experience

"Look, you book it now, the driver knows exactly where you are, and nobody's waiting around wondering if the car is coming," our dispatcher told me when I asked what made the service different. That's the whole thing, really. You're leaving Ibiza (maybe you've slept two hours, maybe you've got a flight at 6am), and the last thing you want is to stand on the street negotiating with a taxi driver or refreshing an app to see where your ride is. A private airport transfer from your accommodation to Ibiza Airport (IBZ) means the car is already booked, the price is locked in, and the driver has your phone number and your hotel address before you even pack.

The vehicle arrives air-conditioned, which matters more than it sounds when you're heading out in the heat with luggage. The driver waits for 15 minutes free if your flight is delayed or you're running a few minutes behind, not a small thing when you're traveling with kids or a lot of bags. You give them your flight details, your phone number, your hotel name, and they handle the rest. No surge pricing, no "the meter's running," no conversation about the route. The price you see when you book is the price you pay.

The service takes the guesswork out of the first and last mile of your trip. You're not arranging a ride on your phone while jet-lagged, not waiting for a shared shuttle that stops at five other hotels, not trying to explain your location to a driver who doesn't speak English. It's one car, one driver, one fixed price, and you arrive at IBZ with time to spare.

Top questions

What time should I book the transfer for?

Book for your actual departure time from your accommodation. The driver will arrive with enough time to reach Ibiza Airport (IBZ) before your flight. If you need to leave at 5am, book the 5am slot.

Is the price the same no matter how many passengers?

The price depends on the vehicle type and number of passengers you select when booking. Once you choose your option, that price is fixed. There are no additional charges.

What if my flight is delayed and I need to leave later?

Contact the service with your new departure time before your original pickup window. They will adjust the booking if possible. If you're running late on the day, the driver waits for 15 minutes free.

Can I bring a car seat for my infant?

Yes, specialized infant seats are available. Request one when you book or add it in the Special Requirements field during checkout.

What if I have a lot of luggage?

Private vehicles have space for standard luggage. If you have unusually large or numerous bags, mention it in the Special Requirements field so the right vehicle size is assigned.

Do I need to tip the driver?

Tipping is not included in the price and is at your discretion. The fixed fare covers the transfer service itself.
