The experience

You start with a guided walk through the vineyards surrounding the winery, moving through the rows where the grapes grow. The walk leads into a tasting of five organic and biodynamic wines (three of them marked as the winery's most special), where the guide walks you through the taste and smell of each one, explaining what makes them distinct. After the tasting, you settle into the vineyard itself with a basket of local artisan products: farm cheeses and cold cuts, enough for a light meal eaten among the vines.

The whole experience runs three hours. A guide in English, Spanish or French leads both the walk and the tasting, so you're not navigating the vineyard or the wine list alone. The winery is wheelchair accessible, and public transportation options are nearby if you're arriving without a car.
