Bilbao Airport to City Transfer: Private Luxury Van

Your driver meets you at arrivals with a name sign and handles the luggage.

A private transfer from Bilbao Airport BIO to Bilbao City in a luxury van for up to five passengers, with a professionally-trained driver who greets you in the arrivals terminal and assists with bags. Includes 60 minutes of free waiting time with flight tracking, a cleaned and disinfected vehicle, bottled water, and all airport taxes and parking fees. The driver speaks English or Spanish.

The experience

Your driver is waiting in the arrivals terminal with a name sign before you've even cleared customs. They'll help load your luggage, open the door and guide you to a disinfected luxury van that's been cleaned and stocked with hand sanitizer and bottled water. The vehicle seats up to five passengers, so families or small groups travel together in one booking rather than splitting across multiple cars.

The transfer itself takes around 20 minutes, but you get a full hour of free waiting time at the airport in case your flight lands late or baggage takes longer than expected. The driver tracks your flight, so they'll know if you're delayed and adjust their arrival accordingly. All airport taxes and parking fees are built into the price you confirm before booking: no surprises at the end of the ride.
