Step-by-step itinerary

Arrival and transfer to Berlin

• Meet driver with nameplate
• Track flight arrival
• Assist with luggage
• Travel to Berlin destination

The experience

The moment you clear arrivals at Berlin Airport, your driver is there holding a nameplate with your name on it. No hunting for a taxi rank, no negotiating a fare at the curb, no wondering if the car will actually show up. The private transfer from Berlin Airport (BER) to your hotel is already in motion before you've even grabbed your luggage. Your flight was tracked the whole way, so the driver knows exactly when you land and adjusts the pickup time if you're delayed.

You walk out with your bags and get straight into a clean, air-conditioned car with a professional driver who speaks English and actually knows the route to your hotel, not just the main streets. The driver helps load your luggage, you settle in, and the transfer takes you door-to-door without stops or detours. If you're traveling with kids, child seats are available for any age. Just mention it when you book. The car is equipped for any weather, any luggage situation, and the driver's job is to get you to your destination on time and in one piece, not to chat or take a scenic route.

This works whether you're arriving alone or with a group. The service handles up to 8 passengers in a single vehicle, and if your party is larger, they'll send a minibus or two minivans instead. You set your preferred pickup time in the booking notes, along with your airline, flight number and terminal, so there's no confusion on the day. The price is fixed before you arrive, which means no surprises when you get in the car and no haggling about the meter.
