The experience

When you land at Incheon, your driver will meet you near Gate 12 (Terminal 1) or Gate 6 (Terminal 2) holding a nameplate with your name. The vehicle fits your group size and luggage: up to 13 passengers and bags combined, with standard luggage defined as 24 inches or smaller. Anything larger counts as two pieces. The driver speaks English and Chinese, and the car is air-conditioned with space to spread out after a long flight.

For airport pickups, you provide your flight arrival time when booking, and the driver waits free of charge for up to 90 minutes after you land. If your luggage takes longer or you need extra time to clear customs, waiting beyond 90 minutes costs KRW15,000 per hour, paid in cash to the driver. The driver will wait a maximum of 150 minutes before leaving. For hotel-to-airport drops, book your pickup at least three hours before your flight departure. The driver allows 30 minutes of free waiting time at your hotel before charging the same hourly rate.

Toll road fees (KRW6,600) and parking are included in the price. The service runs between 8:01am and 9:29pm based on your flight or departure time. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your booking are fully refunded.
