Belgrade Airport Shuttle Service Round Trip Meet & Greet

Your driver monitors your flight and waits with a sign bearing your name.

A private round-trip transfer from Belgrade Airport to your hotel with a driver who tracks your flight status and meets you at the arrival exit holding a sign with your name. The service includes bottled water, air-conditioned transport, and up to one hour of waiting time after you land. Contact information arrives 24 hours before departure, or three hours before same-day pickups.

The experience

The driver arrives prepared: he monitors your flight in real time and adjusts his schedule if you land early or late, so you're never waiting at the curb for transport to show up. When you clear arrivals, he's at the exit holding a sign with your name. The vehicle is air-conditioned, and complimentary bottled water is on board. You can reach the driver or the office directly if plans change, and any adjustment is handled without extra fees.

The price covers the meet-and-greet, parking, and up to one hour of waiting time after your actual arrival: useful if your luggage takes longer than expected or you need a few minutes to collect yourself before the drive. If the vehicle type you booked isn't available that day, you get a free upgrade to the next category. The drive to most Belgrade hotels runs between 15 minutes and an hour depending on location and traffic. On the return, you arrange the pickup time with your driver, and he'll tell you how much time to allow before heading to the airport.

You choose between a standard vehicle or a minivan at checkout. Both are private, so you're not sharing the ride. Infant seats are available if you need one, and service animals travel with you. Contact details arrive automatically: 24 hours before a scheduled arrival, or three hours before if you've booked a same-day pickup.
