Loch Fleet comes next, a nature reserve on the east side of the A9 between Dornoch and Golspie where you can watch for seals basking on the sand, depending on weather and timing. The reserve sits where pinewoods meet coastal scenery. The final stop is Dunrobin Castle, one of Scotland's oldest inhabited houses. Entry to the castle and its gardens is included, and so is a falconry display—the operator notes this is the part visitors find most memorable.
