If you need pick-up from near the CR7 museum on Avenida Sá Carneiro—about an hour before the lesson starts—that's 20 euros per person and they'll bring you back after. They'll confirm the new time the day before via WhatsApp or phone, so you're not showing up to find the beach closed or the conditions unsafe. Bring a swimsuit under the wetsuit, a towel, sunscreen, a hat, shoes that grip wet sand, water, and something light to eat. The activity itself is physical—you're paddling, balancing, getting up and down—but the instructors work with all levels, from people who've never touched a board to those who've surfed before and want to refine their technique.
