Cabo Girão, one of Europe's highest sea cliffs at 580 meters, is the centerpiece. A glass-floor balcony extends over the drop, giving a direct view straight down to the Atlantic; entry to the viewpoint costs 5€ extra. The off-road section peaks at 1,200 meters, where the landscape opens across the island's ridges and valleys.
