Four sports, one afternoon: trees, rock, rope and steel cable.

A multi-activity adventure near Braga combining arboring (tree-platform circuits), climbing, rappelling and zip-lining down a steel cable, led by a guide in English, Spanish or Portuguese. The full sequence runs about 90 minutes and suits groups or families with children aged 12 and up. Participants need moderate fitness and a minimum height of 1.50m.

The experience

This is four separate nature sports stacked into a single afternoon, each one building on the last. You start with arboring: crossing suspended platforms strung between trees using cables, bridges and obstacles to test your balance and nerve. Then you move to climbing, where you progress up a near-vertical plane using your own strength and technique. After that comes rappelling, a controlled descent down a rock face using rope and harness. The day ends with the slide: a rapid zip-line descent along a steel cable stretched downslope, the fastest and most exhilarating moment of the sequence.

A live guide leads the group through all four activities, managing the transitions and keeping everyone safe. The guide speaks English, Spanish or Portuguese, so language is not a barrier. You wear a helmet and harness throughout, and the operator provides all climbing equipment. The whole experience takes about 90 minutes from start to finish, which means it fits into a free afternoon or a morning slot without consuming your entire day.

The physical demand is real: you need at least moderate fitness to move through the sequence, and a minimum height of 1.50m is required for the equipment to fit properly. Children are welcome from age 12 onward. This is not a passive tour (you are moving, climbing, descending and pushing yourself on each sport), so come ready to work.

What’s included

  • Live guide in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
  • harness, helmet and climbing equipment.
  • access to all four activity stations (arboring, climbing, rappel and slide).
