Warsaw Airport WAW Transfer: Luxury Car & Meet-and-GreetEvery day20mENThe experience
You're picked up at your chosen time in Warsaw (hotel, airport, or anywhere else), and the driver takes the luggage while you settle in. The route to Vienna takes about 8 hours, and the stops are entirely your call. Pick one site and spend 2 hours there, or choose two stops at 1 hour each. The driver knows the area and can point out what matters as you pass through, but this is not a guided tour. It's a comfortable ride with someone who knows the local landscape and can answer questions about what you're seeing.
The vehicle depends on your group size: a sedan for up to three passengers, an MPV for four, a large van for five to seven, or multiple vehicles if you're traveling with more. Each one is air-conditioned and clean, with space for luggage. Bottled water is provided, and the driver can arrange a lunch break if you want one. The driver speaks English and has real knowledge of the region, not a script, but genuine local insight into how people live and what makes the area worth stopping for.
Entrance fees to the sightseeing sites are optional and paid separately. The transfer and driver are included. If you'd rather skip the stops and drive straight to Vienna, that's fine too. The whole point is that you decide what the journey looks like.

Is this one for you?The 8-hour journey means you're in the car for most of the day, so this works best if you're comfortable with a long drive and want to break it up with stops of your own choosing, rather than a quick point-to-point transfer.

Top questions
Can I stop at Nieborowie Palace or Lednice Chateau on the way from Warsaw to Vienna?
Yes. Nieborowie Palace and Lednice Chateau and Park are both on the list of sightseeing stops your driver can take you to. You choose one or two stops, spending 1 or 2 hours at each, so either site fits inside the 8-hour journey.

The driver has chosen six sightseeing stops based on what's interesting and realistic for the route: Nieborowie Palace, Częstochowa, Stramberk, Zbrasov, Olomouc, and Lednice Chateau and Park. You pick from those options or skip the stops altogether and travel straight through.
Do I pay extra for the sightseeing stops?
The transfer and driver are included in the price. Entrance fees to the sites themselves are optional and paid separately if you choose to enter them.
