The experience

If you've just arrived on Busuanga Island or have a full day free, this tour bundles the three stops most visitors come for, and lets you decide how long to stay at each one. A licensed guide and food assistant meet you at your hotel (within 2km of town center) and handle all boat transfers. The route covers seven to eight hours on the water and ashore, with lunch served at a beach cottage partway through.

Kayangan Lake sits in a limestone amphitheater and runs about 70% fresh and 30% salt, so the water is clear enough to snorkel the underwater rock formations. Twin Lagoon creates an unusual sensation: the surface stays warm from sea water while an underground freshwater source keeps the deeper layers cold, so you can feel both temperatures in one swim. Lusong Coral Garden spreads across the seafloor with hard and soft corals in excellent visibility. The fish variety includes clownfish, butterfly fish, parrotfish and angelfish, and the site also draws sea turtles. A smaller beach stop at CYC Beach offers quieter snorkeling and views of the surrounding islands.

The tour includes a buffet lunch, bottled water and local snacks. Life vests are provided. A guide speaks English or Filipino.
