Your client stays your client

Explorevia does not sell flights, hotels or packages: we don’t compete for what keeps your agency running. You keep the relationship and the file; we supply the catalogue of tours, tickets, transfers and excursions run by local operators.

Three moments to earn commission

Before the tripAdd transfers, tickets and excursions to the itinerary you already sold. Same client, more commission.
From your websiteWe build a tours section on your website with you. They book even when you’re closed, with your commission.
During the tripThey book last minute from their phone, already at the destination, and the commission is still yours.

What you see before recommending an excursion

Local companies in the destinationEvery experience is run by a company based in that destination, with its own guides. The listing names it: that’s your answer when the client asks.
Reviews from people who have beenRating and number of reviews on every listing. You recommend with evidence, not blind.
The conditions, before payingWhat is included and what is not, meeting point, duration, guide languages and the cancellation policy of that particular experience.
Confirmation and changesThe booking is confirmed with the local operator; changes and cancellations are handled centrally with that operator, under the conditions of that listing.

What every agency asks

What does it cost to join?Nothing. No joining fee, no monthly fee, no sales minimum, no minimum term and no exclusivity. A quiet month in low season costs you nothing.
Do I lose my client? No. We don’t sell flights, hotels or packages, so we don’t compete for what keeps your agency running. And the booking stays in your agency’s name even if your client browses other sites and books days later.
Does my client pay more by booking this way?No. They pay exactly the same public price they would see on their own. Your commission comes out of what Explorevia earns, not out of the traveller’s pocket.
How much do I earn, and when? From 5% of each booking total, paid once a month. 5% is the floor: the exact rate is agreed when we open your agency’s account, and it rises with the volume you move.
Do I need to set anything up at my agency? No. You work from our booking centre and send the selection to your client, like with any other supplier. If you also want a tours section on your own website, we build it with you.
What if the client cancels, or something goes wrong on the day of the tour? The service is delivered by the local operator; your agency is not liable for it. Changes and cancellations are handled centrally with that operator, under the conditions of that listing. A cancelled booking earns no commission; a change of date keeps it. If the client calls you, their booking is right there in your account.

Your clients will book those excursions anyway. Let them book with you.
