The experience

How do you get from Murtala International to your Lagos hotel without arranging a taxi on arrival? A private transfer meets you at the airport with a driver who knows the route and the traffic patterns. You're picked up from the terminal, settled into an air-conditioned car, and driven directly to your destination. The service handles the timing: no waiting around for a shared shuttle or negotiating with drivers at the curb.

Shuttle Lane operates a fleet that spans standard to executive vehicles, so the car matches your group size and what you're traveling with. A solo traveler books differently than a family with luggage, and the company tailors the vehicle to the booking. The driver is trained and experienced. The company emphasizes reliability and on-time service as the core of what they do. Specialized infant seats are available if you're traveling with a child, and service animals are welcome.

The pickup point is Murtala International Airport itself. You arrange the transfer before you arrive, and the driver meets you after you clear customs and baggage claim. The route depends on where your hotel is in Lagos, but the car gets you there without the uncertainty of street taxis or the wait for a shared shuttle. Public transportation options exist nearby if your plans change, but the transfer handles the first leg of your stay seamlessly.

Top questions

Can I book a transfer that arrives at a specific time, or does it depend on my flight?

The service is built around flight timing. You provide your arrival details when you book, and the driver coordinates pickup to match when you clear the airport, so you're not waiting in the terminal or rushing to meet the car.

What's the difference between a standard car and an executive vehicle for this transfer?

Shuttle Lane offers both standard and executive vehicles in its fleet. Standard cars handle most travelers comfortably. Executive vehicles offer more space and premium comfort. You choose at booking based on your group size and preference.

Is luggage space a problem if I'm traveling with multiple bags?

The vehicles are equipped for luggage. If you're traveling with a large group or extra bags, mention it when you book so the company assigns a vehicle with enough space.

What happens if my flight is delayed and I arrive later than expected?

The transfer is coordinated to your actual arrival time. You can update the company if your flight is delayed, and the pickup adjusts accordingly so the driver meets you when you're ready.

Are children's car seats provided, or do I need to arrange one separately?

Specialized infant seats are available through the service. Request one when you book if you're traveling with a child, and it will be installed in your vehicle.
