Step-by-step itinerary

Arrival transfer from airport to hotel

• Meet driver in arrivals hall
• Show lead passenger name sign
• Get into private transfer vehicle
• Travel directly to Amsterdam hotel

The Experience

A sign with your name appears in the arrivals hall before you've even cleared customs. That's your driver, waiting with a car outside, ready to take you straight to your Amsterdam hotel or address without the usual airport transfer shuffle: no shared minibus, no extra stops, no negotiating a fare at the curb. The whole thing is priced upfront, tolls included, so you know exactly what you're paying before you land.

The transfer from Amsterdam Airport to Amsterdam City takes you directly where you need to go. Your driver is a trained professional who handles the route, the traffic, the tolls. Everything. You sit in the back, check your phone, watch the Dutch countryside turn into canal-lined streets. If you need to make a quick stop somewhere else first (a train station, a port, another address), there's 15 minutes of free waiting time built in. After that, it's a small charge per minute, but most people don't need it.

What makes this different from hailing a cab or joining a shared shuttle is the certainty. You're not standing in a queue at the taxi rank, not waiting for a shuttle to fill up, not wondering if the driver will take the long way. The car is there when you arrive, the price is locked in, and you're in your accommodation within the hour depending on traffic. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before, so if your flight changes, you're covered.
