The experience

You start at Kasbah Ait Benhadou after a safety briefing and helmet fitting, then head south on the old road toward the studios. The landscape shifts as you ride: lush green valleys give way to vast desert, then back again. The quad takes you directly to the Atlas Studios sets where crews filmed Gladiator, Game of Thrones and other major productions. You see the actual structures and backdrops still standing on the land.

The route traces the paths ancient caravans once traveled, and your guide points out the history woven into the terrain. After roughly two hours of riding, you stop for a tea break to rest and take in the local hospitality before heading back to the Kasbah. The whole outing runs about four hours from start to finish.

Participants under 18 ride as passengers with an adult. Helmets and the quad bike itself are provided. You just need to be comfortable on the seat and ready for uneven ground. The guide speaks English, French or Arabic depending on the group.
