Kayaking and SUP rentals in Montenegro: Explore at your own pace
You pick the route, not a fixed itinerary.
Rent a single or double kayak, or a stand-up paddleboard, and paddle the Adriatic shoreline off Montenegro at whatever pace suits you. The rental includes life vests, a waterproof bag, paddling tips and suggested routes, so you can explore on your own terms or follow local knowledge. Equipment is modern European-made gear: stable sit-on-top kayaks with comfortable backrests and Gladiator sup-boards. Rentals run from one hour to a full day, and children from age three are welcome.
The experience
You arrive at the rental point and choose your craft: a single kayak, a double kayak for two paddlers, or a stand-up paddleboard. Everything is European-made and kept in good condition. The kayaks are stable sit-on-top models with backrests and comfortable seats, designed for paddlers of all skill levels. You get a life vest, a waterproof bag for your belongings, a paddle, and a short paddling session so you know how to handle the equipment before you leave the shore.
The coast opens up from there. Sveti Nicola island, the Zavala peninsula, King's and Queen's beaches, and Sveti Stefan island, a town-hotel perched on the rocks, are all within reach. The rental team suggests routes and knows the good places to go, but you decide where to paddle and how long to stay. You set the pace. A one-hour rental gets you a taste of the bays and caverns. A full day lets you explore farther out and linger where the water and the light hold you.
The team speaks English, Montenegrin, Russian and Turkish, so questions about conditions, tides or where the light is best in the afternoon are answered before you push off. Waterproof bags mean your phone and keys stay dry. Life vests for kids are on hand if you're bringing younger paddlers.
