You start from your hotel in Monaco and spend the day building an itinerary with your guide instead of following a set schedule. The flexibility means you can linger in the hilltop village of Èze (perched over 400 meters above the sea) as long as you want, or skip it entirely and head straight to Cannes to see the Festival Palace, Antibes to spot yachts in the harbor, or anywhere else on the Riviera you'd rather be.
