Mérida Airport Private Roundtrip Transfer: Comfortable Van

Skip the taxi line and arrive at your hotel without the wait

A private roundtrip transfer from Mérida airport to your hotel pairs a professional driver who meets you at your terminal with a modern air-conditioned van that holds up to 12 passengers. The driver tracks your flight in case of delay and carries a sign with your name so you're easy to spot on arrival. Complimentary water and sodas are on board. Gratuities are optional.

The experience

Your driver meets you at the terminal with a sign bearing your name, making pickup straightforward even if you've never been to Mérida before. The van is air-conditioned and seats up to 12 passengers comfortably, so families and small groups travel together without splitting into separate vehicles. The driver handles your luggage, and the ride to your hotel typically takes 15 minutes to an hour depending on traffic and your destination in the city.

The service includes an on-board cooler stocked with sodas and bottled water for the journey. Because arrival flight information is required to arrange your pickup, the driver can track your flight and adjust timing if you're delayed, so you won't arrive to find no one waiting. All passengers need to be at the same terminal at the scheduled pickup time.
