The Experience

The day runs 4 to 8 hours depending on how much time you spend in the water and on the beach. You move between zones—water park, zipline towers, beach and amenities—via electric tram, so the walking is minimal and the transitions are quick. The zipline course itself is the centerpiece: you clip in at towers up to 24 meters high and move through the circuit at your own pace, with staff managing the setup and safety gear.

The water park fills the middle of the day. Slides range from gentle to steep; the lazy river loops through the complex; the kids' area has its own splash pad. The beach stretches over a kilometer and comes with umbrellas and loungers included. A swim-up bar sits in the water, and cultural performances run throughout the day. Kayaking and paddleboarding are available for 30 minutes each, subject to availability—you book these when you arrive or request them in advance.

Food and drink are built in: a buffet with national and international dishes, plus an open bar serving domestic beverages. Restroom and shower areas sit throughout the park, so you can rinse off between activities. The park is wheelchair accessible, and all surfaces and areas accommodate mobility devices; transportation via tram is also wheelchair accessible. Infants can ride in a pram or stroller, and specialized infant seats are available.

Top questions

Can I zipline if I weigh over 200 pounds?

The zipline weight limit is 99–242 lbs (45–110 kg), so yes—as long as you fall within that range. If you're at or near the upper limit, confirm your exact weight when you book so the operator can assign the right harness and setup.

What's included in the all-day pass?

KUZÁ includes water park access (all slides, lazy river, kids' area), beach access with umbrellas and loungers, the zipline course, buffet meals, unlimited domestic drinks, kayaking and paddleboarding (30 minutes each, subject to availability), electric tram transport within the park, nature walks, cultural performances, Wi-Fi and shower facilities. VIP beach amenities, private transportation, photo packages and spa services are available as paid add-ons.

Do I need to arrange my own transport to the park?

The park sits in Cozumel and is accessible by public transportation or rental car. Private transportation to and from the park is available as an add-on option at checkout; if you don't book it, you'll arrange your own way there.

Is the zipline safe for someone who's never done it before?

The zipline circuit is designed for all experience levels. Staff handle the harness setup, safety checks and launch; you control your own pace through the towers. The course is not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries or poor cardiovascular health, and you should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness.

Can I bring my young children?

Yes. Infants can ride in a pram or stroller, and specialized infant seats are available. The park has a dedicated kids' splash pad, a children's playground and family-friendly entertainment throughout the day. The zipline has weight limits (99–242 lbs), so older children within that range can participate; younger or lighter children cannot.

What if I'm pregnant?

Ziplining is not recommended for pregnant travelers. You can still enjoy the water park, beach, buffet and other activities, but the zipline course would not be suitable.
