The catch, if you want to call it that, is that the shared shuttle only runs one direction—airport to hotel. If you need a return trip, you book the Round Shared Shuttle/Private option instead. That way you share the ride coming in, but on the way back to the airport, it's just you and your luggage in the van. No waiting for other passengers, no detours. The driver picks you up at your hotel at the time you set when you book, and there's no flexibility on that—it's locked in because they're coordinating multiple routes. One suitcase per person is included; if you're bringing two or more bags, you pay an extra ticket per bag. The whole thing is flat-rate, so there's no negotiation at the curb and no surprises on the bill.

This service only covers hotels on Cozumel Island itself. If your resort is in Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos, Cancun, or Isla Mujeres, you'll need a different transfer—this one stops at the island boundary.
