The experience

If your hotel or rental isn't on a standard list, you provide the name when booking and they confirm pickup there. The van has GPS and air conditioning, and if your group arrives on up to two different flights, send the flight numbers in advance and they'll coordinate a single meeting point at no extra charge.

Pickup happens at a time you agree on after booking. The driver waits a maximum of 10 minutes. After that, the service is marked a no-show. If you need to change the time, destination, or any detail, request it at least 12 hours ahead. Infants can sit on a lap, or you can request a specialized infant seat for a small additional fee. The van holds up to eight passengers, and the price is per vehicle regardless of how many people ride in it, so a solo traveler and a group of eight pay the same rate for the same route.
