If you're arriving by cruise ship, the operator needs your ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time so the driver times the return to match your ship's departure. Payment happens at the end of the trip, directly to the driver: no surprises at the end.

Infant seats and booster seats come free on request. Just mention them when you book. The journey takes roughly an hour, though traffic and time of day can shift that either way.
