Mauritius Airport Transfer: Private SUV & Minibus with Driver

Land in Mauritius and Your Driver is Already Holding Your Name

You get picked up at arrivals with your name on a sign, ride in a modern air-conditioned SUV or minibus with an experienced driver, and arrive at your hotel without arranging transport separately or paying parking fees on top. Hotel-to-hotel transfers and departures are coordinated in advance so timing is confirmed and stress-free.

Step-by-step itinerary

Private airport and hotel transfers

• Meet driver in arrivals hall
• Show lead traveller’s name sign
• Travel in modern SUV or minibus
• Driver coordinates with hotel reception
• Ensure smooth, timely transfer

The experience

The arrivals hall opens up in front of you, luggage in hand, and there's someone waiting with a sign that has your name on it. That's the whole point of this transfer: no scanning for a taxi rank, no negotiating a fare at the curb, no wondering if the driver knows where your hotel actually is. A driver from the service is there before you clear customs, holding that sign, ready to load your bags into a modern SUV or minibus that's no more than two or three years old. The vehicle is air-conditioned, clean, and spacious enough that you're not wedged in with your luggage for the ride across the island.

The driver knows Mauritius: the roads, the traffic patterns around Port Louis, the fastest route to the north coast or the south depending on where you're staying. These aren't casual drivers. They're experienced guides who've done this route hundreds of times and know how to get you to your hotel smoothly without the detours or the long explanations about why the scenic route takes an extra hour. If you're traveling with a stroller or car seat for an infant, those are available on request, and the vehicle has room for them without turning the ride into a puzzle. Parking fees are already covered, so there's no surprise charge at the end.

For hotel-to-hotel transfers or departures, the driver coordinates with you directly and with your hotel reception if needed, so the timing is locked in and there's no standing around waiting or rushing to meet someone you've never seen. The vehicle shows up, you get in, and the transfer happens the way you planned it. That's the whole service: reliable, on time, and one less thing to figure out when you're tired from flying or packing to leave.
