The experience

Book by selecting your arrival date and number of passengers, then choose the vehicle size that fits your group and luggage. You'll provide your flight details, drop-off address in the Luxembourg City region, and any special requirements (child seats, pet travel, oversized bags) at checkout. After confirmation, you receive an email with all the details you need for the journey.

On arrival day, your driver waits at the terminal holding a board with your name. If your flight is delayed, the driver stays for up to 90 minutes at no extra charge. Beyond that, additional fees apply. The vehicle is air-conditioned and each passenger seat includes space for one standard bag or suitcase. Luggage must be declared when you book, and each piece cannot exceed 62 inches (158 cm) combined length, width and height. Small items that fit on the floor (laptop cases, handbags, shoulder bags) don't need to be reported.

The drive to Luxembourg City takes around 20 minutes. The service operates 24/7 with customer support in Italian, Spanish, French and Portuguese. If you're traveling with special needs, pets, or have questions about oversized baggage like golf clubs or bikes, confirm with the operator before your trip.
