Nairobi Airport Transfer: Meet & Greet, Early Pickup

Your name on a sign at Nairobi arrivals, then straight to your hotel

You arrive at Nairobi airport, find your name on a sign, and get driven to your hotel without arranging anything else. The driver arrives 30 minutes early, meets groups together at arrivals, and handles all luggage. No negotiation, no confusion. Just pickup and delivery.

Step-by-step itinerary

Airport pickup and hotel transfer

• Driver arrives 30 minutes early
• Meet and greet at airport
• Driver proceeds to hotel

The experience

The driver is already waiting when you clear customs. Not rushing around the terminal looking for a ride, not negotiating with a stranger at the curb. Your name is on a card, the person holding it knows exactly who you are, and the car is parked outside. That 30-minute early arrival is the whole thing: no standing around, no confusion about which vehicle is yours, no wondering if the driver got held up in traffic.

Once you're in, the route to your hotel in Nairobi is straightforward. The driver knows the way and handles the navigation while you settle in, check your phone, or just watch the city come into focus after the flight. If you're traveling with a group, the meet-and-greet service means everyone gets collected together at the airport transfer point: no splitting up, no waiting for stragglers. Infants can sit on an adult's lap if that works better for your group, and there's room for luggage of any size.

Public transportation options exist nearby if you change your mind, but the transfer takes the logistics off your hands the moment you land. You arrive tired. You leave in a car that's already arranged, with a driver who's already looking for you.
