You decide which ones fit your day. The driver speaks English and knows the city, but won't narrate or offer recommendations. You're in charge of what happens at each stop.

Eight hours is the window you get. The driver picks you up from your Kobe location, drives you into Osaka, and drops you back in Kobe when you're done. You can eat where you want, shop as long as you want, walk through a temple or a market at your own pace. Entrance fees and meals are on you, but the transportation and the flexibility are included.
