Expressway tolls are already included in the price. Three vehicle options let you match capacity to your group: a 7-seater holds six passengers and four 28-inch suitcases. A 10-seater minibus fits nine passengers and ten suitcases. The operator adjusts luggage space based on how many people are traveling, so you book the model that actually fits what you're carrying.

Standard pickup runs between 6 am and 10 pm. Outside those hours costs an extra 4,000 yen. If you're arriving at the airport, the driver waits 90 minutes free from your flight landing time, giving you time to clear customs and collect bags without rushing. For airport drop-off, you pick your departure time and the driver waits 30 minutes free after that. If you need more time, additional 30-minute blocks cost 3,000 yen each. The pickup location can be changed free up to 12 hours before the trip. After that, changes are charged at 500 yen per kilometer between the old and new addresses. You cannot adjust the booking within 48 hours of travel. The voucher with driver and vehicle details arrives one day before your trip. You'll need to provide a LINE ID or WeChat number so the service team can reach you if needed.

Cancellation is free if your inbound flight is delayed more than two hours and no replacement vehicle is available, or if the flight is cancelled due to weather. If your flight is delayed, contact customer service before takeoff so they can try to adjust the vehicle for you. The car is not pet-friendly, and eating or drinking inside incurs a cleaning charge if the interior is soiled.
