The first 90 minutes of waiting time are free, counted from when your plane actually lands: enough buffer for baggage claim and customs without rushing. If your flight is delayed, the driver knows and adjusts. You don't have to call or worry about being charged for the wait.

You pick the vehicle that fits your group: a 6-seat car holds six people and four bags; a 9-seat holds nine people and ten bags; a 13-seat holds thirteen people and six bags. The operator confirms your passenger count and luggage before assigning the driver, so there's no guessing on the day. All vehicles are air-conditioned and driven by professionals who know the routes around Tokyo's traffic. Highway tolls are included in the price.

This is a one-way transfer only. If you need a return trip from Mount Fuji or Hakone Onsen back to Narita, book a separate transfer. The driver will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to lock in your pickup point and any special requests. A baby seat is free for the first one, and a cardboard sign with your name costs extra if you want it.
