You don't have to call or worry about missing your pickup. The vehicle is a comfortable taxi-type sedan or van, depending on which option you book: 1–2 people travel in a sedan with space for 2 bags; 3–4 people get a larger vehicle with room for 4 bags; 5–8 passengers travel in a van with capacity for 8 bags.

Book at least 72 hours ahead to guarantee availability, though the operator will try to accommodate last-minute requests even closer to your flight. When you book, provide your flight number, hotel name and address, and total luggage count so the driver has everything they need. On your departure day, you'll receive a pickup notice around 5 PM the day before, telling you when the driver will arrive at your hotel lobby (or at your apartment door if you're staying elsewhere).
