Four hours covers both activities: the zipline section takes you platform to platform over the forest, then transport moves you to the falls for the guided climb. Round-trip transport from your Ocho Rios hotel or the cruise port is included, along with an air-conditioned vehicle and a live English-speaking guide. If you're sailing in, the operator needs your ship name, docking time and re-boarding deadline at checkout so the itinerary gets you back on time. Refunds don't apply if the ship departs before your return. The falls entrance fee and all taxes are built into the price.
