You drive a jet car—not a jet ski—across the blue-green Caribbean Sea for 30 minutes, reaching speeds up to 60 mph. An instructor walks you through how to operate the controls before you head out, and a certified lifeguard on a jet ski stays with you the entire time. The jet car is a two-seater, so you'll ride with one other person; solo riding is not available. You'll need to wear a life jacket, sign a waiver, and present an ID if you're the one driving.
