Step-by-step itinerary
Nature, falls, and river tubing

- View and feed wildlife
- Climb Konoko Falls
- Enjoy white river tubing
- Listen to guide's local songs
The experience
The tour starts at Konoko Falls and Park, where a guide takes you through the gardens to learn about the plants and flowers, then into the wildlife areas. You'll see crocodiles, snakes, iguanas and birds up close, and you get to feed some of them. The main event is climbing the Konoko Falls themselves. The waterfall is right there to climb, and from the top you get views of Ocho Rios spread out below you.
After the falls, you move to the white river tubing. This is the part that fills the afternoon: you float down a lazy river in an inner tube for roughly 45 minutes to an hour, drifting under tree canopy with a few safe rapids mixed in. The guide floats with you, singing Jamaican music and telling you about the island's history and culture as you go. The water is warm and the pace is slow enough for kids of any age, so there's no fighting current or scrambling to keep up.
Pickup is included, and all fees and taxes are built into the price. The tour runs 3 hours total and is open to all fitness levels. The climbing is optional and the tubing is genuinely relaxing, not a workout.
