The experience

Blue Hole sits in a natural mineral pool ringed by rainforest, and you spend your first two hours there swimming, jumping off the edge into the deep water, and swinging from rope swings. A five-minute hike through the woods leads to Secret Falls, where the cascading water meets you at the base. Your guide stays with you throughout this part of the day, and you can take as many photos as you want.

The White River tubing section starts after you're briefed and fitted with an inner tube: one person per tube, with experienced guides managing the flow. Life vests are available if you want one, and changing rooms and bathrooms are at the launch point. The tubes have bottoms built in so you sit comfortably as the current carries you downstream for 45 minutes to an hour, passing through seven rapids (all Class II) and stretches of calm water. The tropical scenery moves past you as you float, and the guides stay attentive to keep the experience fun and safe.

The whole outing runs five to eight hours depending on how much time you spend at each stop. You're picked up in an air-conditioned vehicle and driven to the sites. Bottled water is provided throughout. Lunch is available separately in town (Jamaican jerk pork or chicken with sides like festivals and bammy), and you can also browse the craft market or Margaritaville if you want to shop after the water activities.
