A guided tour of BVS Brewery in Arezzo where you taste three Tuscan craft beers paired with local food, learning from the master brewer about raw materials, production methods and flavor development. The tour runs about an hour with a live guide in English or Italian, and children participate without alcohol.

The experience

The tour starts with the master brewer walking you through what actually goes into Tuscan craft beer: the raw materials, how production works, and what gives each beer its flavor. You'll learn to identify the scents of hops and malt, understand how long the beer sits in the tanks, and get answers to whatever questions come up. This is not a passive sit-down. You're moving through the brewery itself, seeing where the beer is made.

At the end comes the tasting: three beers from BVS Brewery paired with a small cutting board of local products. The master brewer stays with you through it, so you can ask what you're tasting and why it works. Children and young people go through the whole experience the same way, with water replacing the beer so nobody sits it out.
