The experience

The Mouth of Truth sits in a church portico near the Tiber, and the legend says it'll snap shut on your hand if you lie. You'll actually test it on this tour, which sounds like a gimmick until you're standing there with your hand inside and your guide's dry commentary making the whole thing feel real. You start with an orientation session (how to lean, how the Segway responds, what the brake feels like), and then you're moving through Rome on a self-balancing electric scooter, following a guide who stops at the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Circus Maximus, and a handful of smaller sites that most walking tours skip or rush through.
