Walk the Prosecco slopes, then taste four wines paired with local charcuterie

A Prosecco DOCG tasting in Combai combines a guided walk through the Serre vineyard and chestnut groves with four wine tastings and a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses. The experience

You arrive at the wine shop in the heart of Combai, in the Serre location where the Pederiva family's story began. The guide introduces the company and the Prosecco world before leading you out on a walk of about an hour through the owned vineyards and the steep, dramatic "Rive" slopes that define this corner of Veneto. Several panoramic stops along the way let you take in the landscape and the terrain that shapes the wines you'll taste later.

Back inside, you move to the tasting. Four glasses arrive in sequence: Verdiso, then Valdobbiadene DOCG, then two pours of Valdobbiadene DOCG Rive di Combai. Each one is paired with a platter of local cold cuts, cheeses, pickled vegetables and bread. The guide walks you through each wine as you taste, grounding the flavors in the vineyard you just walked through. Bottled water and glasses are provided throughout.
