A driver meets you at the airport with your name on a sign.

Private minivan transfer from Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) to Milan hotels or addresses, with a professional driver who checks your flight for delays and waits up to 60 minutes if needed. The driver meets you at arrivals with a nameplate, and all taxes and tolls are included in the rate. One-way booking only. Arrange a return trip separately if needed.

The experience

The driver arrives at Milan Malpensa with your name on a sign and waits up to 60 minutes if your flight is delayed, so you don't have to rush through baggage claim or worry about a tight connection. Flight times are checked the day before, and you'll get the driver's name and phone number in advance. The minivan seats your group and luggage together, and the rate covers all taxes and tolls: no hidden charges at the end.

The ride into Milan takes around 50 minutes depending on traffic and your destination. Specialized infant seats are available if you're traveling with small children, and service animals are welcome. Once you arrive at your hotel or address, the transfer is complete. If you need a return journey to the airport, that's a separate booking.

Top questions

How do I know the driver is coming to pick me up?

You'll receive the driver's name and phone number the day before your transfer, so you can confirm arrival details and ask questions if your flight changes.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

The driver checks your flight time in advance and includes 60 minutes of waiting time, so minor delays won't cost you extra or leave you stranded at the airport.

Are there any hidden fees added to the price?

No. All-inclusive rates mean taxes and tolls are already built in. The price you see is what you pay.

Can I book a round-trip transfer?

This booking is one-way only. If you need a return trip from Milan back to Malpensa, send a message to arrange it as a separate reservation.
