The Experience

The thing nobody tells you about airport transfers is that the timing always feels tight. You're checking out, the front desk is slow, your partner is still packing, and suddenly you're scanning the lobby for a stranger with a sign, wondering if you've already missed them. This service builds in 20 minutes of free waiting time at your hotel or home address, which sounds small until you actually need it. A professionally-trained driver arrives with a name sign, helps with luggage, and the van doesn't leave until you're ready. No rushing. No negotiating with a taxi driver about the route. The vehicle itself is cleaned and disinfected before you get in, with hand sanitizer in the back seat. Something that matters more now than it used to.

The transfer runs from your Bologna hotel to Bologna Airport BLQ in a luxury van that holds up to five passengers, so if you're traveling with family or colleagues, the cost splits across everyone. The driver handles the door, the luggage, and the route. You sit in the back and don't have to think about it. All-inclusive pricing means the fare is confirmed before you book: no surprises at the curb, no meter running while you're stuck in traffic. The van is private, not a shared shuttle, so you're not waiting for other pickups or dropping off at five hotels before the airport.

Booking is straightforward: give your hotel address and flight time, and the driver calculates when to arrive. If you're traveling with an infant, specialized seats are available on request. The whole point is to remove one thing from your travel day. The part where you have to figure out how to get to the airport, negotiate a price, and hope the driver knows the way. That's what this handles.
