The price covers one-way travel and includes pickup at any hour. There's no extra charge for a night transfer. You can carry one cabin bag (8–10 kg) and one large suitcase (up to 28 kg) per person. Anything beyond that incurs an extra fee. If you're traveling with an infant, specialized seats are available if you contact the operator after booking. The driver becomes your local resource: they know the city and can help you find what you need once you arrive.

Strikes or special events in the city center may alter the start time or route at the operator's discretion and your agreement. If you need extra stops, longer waiting time or additional kilometers beyond the standard transfer, those are charged separately and paid to the driver in cash or card after booking.
