The activity centers on five olive oil samples, each paired with fresh bread and local snacks to show how different oils interact with food. You'll learn the basics of olive oil tasting: how to recognize aromas, spot quality over marketing claims, and understand what makes each extra virgin oil distinct. The guide walks you through the sensory profiles of each sample and shares tips for choosing oils when you're back home, all while you're surrounded by stone walls and olive trees in the working grove itself.

Beyond the tasting, the session is built around the agricultural heritage of Paxos and why olive oil remains central to Mediterranean culture.
