The experience

You start from the office and ride e-bikes to the waterfront, then through the city center to Lions Square and the Morosini Fountain: the heart of Heraklion. The e-bikes do the work. You steer through the Loggia, past St. Titus Church, and along the seafront without the sweat of a regular bike. The route hits the main landmarks most visitors come for, but from the seat of a bike instead of on foot, which changes how the city feels and how much ground you cover in an afternoon.

After the ride, you head to a wine bar in town for the tasting. Five wines arrive in sequence (two whites, one rosé, two reds) all made from rare local Cretan grapes. Each one comes with food pairing, so you're not tasting on an empty stomach. The guide is a local who knows why these wines matter and what makes them different from what you'd find elsewhere on the island. Bottled water and wifi are included. The waiver form you fill out before you start is the only paperwork.

The tour caps at a small group, so there's no crowd noise or rush between stops. Three to four hours total means you're back by early evening, leaving time for dinner or to explore another neighborhood. Public transport runs nearby if you need it to reach the meeting point.
