The Experience
The boat leaves Naxos port and reaches Delos after 45 minutes. You have three hours to walk the archaeological site—temples, mosaics, and the remains of the ancient sanctuary dedicated to Apollo. The museum is closed for restoration through summer 2024, so the focus is the open-air ruins themselves. Half an hour's sail brings you to Mykonos, where you dock for four hours.
On Mykonos, the time is yours to spend. Walk the narrow streets lined with shops, find Little Venice where the old houses sit at the water's edge, or sit at a waterfront café. There's no fixed itinerary or guide narration once you're ashore—you move at your own pace and return to the boat by the departure time the crew gives you at the start of the day.
The full day runs about ten hours from port to port. Delos entrance costs 12 euros per person and is paid on arrival. If your hotel or villa sits outside the main pickup route, the operator can arrange round-trip transfer from Naxos port, with the cost quoted based on your location. Infants travel free on an adult's lap. Proof of vaccination or a rapid test is required to enter Delos; children aged 4–16 can use a self-test.
