The Experience

Twenty minutes is short enough to fit into an afternoon, long enough to circle the island's coastline and see how the beaches connect from above. You get a small briefing on the ground, then you're strapped in and airborne. The trike is motorised paragliding—no pedalling, no climbing, no physical effort once you're off the ground. All the equipment comes with you; there's nothing to arrange or bring.

The flight passes over Kontogialos, Glyfada beach, Stelari beach, Paradise beach and Giali beach in sequence, each one visible from a different angle as the trike banks and circles. Weather decides the timing—the operator will call you to confirm the meeting time, and from their experience the window between 8am and noon tends to give the clearest air and the steadiest conditions. Sunset flights are also possible if the weather cooperates that day.

If you want to keep the footage, a GoPro 12 records the flight for an extra 20 euros, and you get the SD card after landing. The guide speaks English or German, and the minimum age is 12.
