Free waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes from landing. Hotel or apartment pickups allow 25 minutes of free waiting time.

You land at Athens airport and walk out to arrivals. The vehicle is a black Mercedes-Benz sedan or minivan depending on your group size, with full air-conditioning, bottled water for each passenger, and WiFi on board. The driver speaks English and has spent more than 15 years working in tourism, so they know the city and can point out landmarks or answer questions about where to eat and what to see.

The price you pay is one-way and locked in at booking: no surprises when you arrive. If your flight lands late and you need the driver to wait, the first 60 minutes are free. After that, waiting time is charged at a rate you can discuss with the operator. Luggage is straightforward: one cabin bag (8–10 kg) and one large suitcase (up to 28 kg) per person travel at no extra cost. If you're traveling with an infant, car seats and booster seats are available on request. The driver can pick you up from anywhere in the Athens region (your hotel, an Airbnb, a cruise dock), so you just tell the operator where you're staying and they handle the rest.

One thing to know: if you're not at the meeting point 25 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, the transfer is marked as a no-show and there's no refund. If you need extra stops along the way, additional kilometers, or a longer wait, those cost extra and are arranged directly with the operator after booking. Return transfers are booked separately, so let the operator know if you need a ride back to the airport as well.
