The Experience

He arrived in a clean sedan, apologized in careful English, and asked where we wanted to stop on the way to Berlin. We chose Meissen — the porcelain town — and he dropped us at the main square, told us when he'd be back, and waited. No negotiation, no surprises. The vehicle itself is air-conditioned and comfortable, and he offered bottled water without being asked. If you want to stop for lunch instead of sightseeing, that's an option too.
