When you book, you'll provide your departure flight number and hotel name. The operator confirms your transfer at that time and sends you a travel voucher. On pickup day, you present the voucher to the driver. The vehicle is shared with other passengers heading to the same airport, which keeps the cost lower than a private car. English and French-speaking drivers are available depending on your preference.
