The Experience

The day starts at the e-bike center with a bike fitting and briefing, then you roll out through the vineyards on a premium electric bike—the motor handles the hills so you can focus on the landscape instead of the climb. The route passes through quaint villages and past famous châteaux before arriving at a working estate, where your guide leads you through the vineyard and winemaking process, then into the tasting room for wines from that château alone.

After the château tasting, you ride back out into the countryside for a leisurely loop past more of the region's landmarks, then return to the bike center for a second tasting of three different wines. The gourmet picnic—local delicacies paired with wine—happens in the vineyards themselves, not back at a table. By the end of the day you'll have tasted 7 different Bordeaux wines across two separate seatings, plus the glasses that come with lunch.
