Two hours to crack puzzles and own Lille's streets as a team

A two-hour smartphone-based city challenge in Lille designed for stag and hen parties, where teams solve puzzles, complete photo missions and compete while exploring the city's markets, squares and passages. The game adapts to your pace. You download the free app, receive a unique code, and follow instructions sent to your device. Available in English and French for groups of one or two teams.

The experience

This is not a walking tour with a guide pointing out landmarks. You and your team navigate Lille using your own smartphone as the game board, receiving missions that send you to specific corners of the city (lively markets, small squares, hidden passages), where you'll solve puzzles, take photos to prove you've completed challenges, and rack up points against the other team. The game unfolds over two hours at whatever pace works for your group. There's no fixed schedule or meeting point to rush toward.

Before you start, you'll download the free app and receive a unique game code. The scenario is already built in. All you need is a smartphone with a data connection and the willingness to look ridiculous for a photo or two. The operator provides phone and live chat support seven days a week if you get stuck, and the whole thing is designed to work whether someone in your group moves slowly, needs a break, or wants to sprint through the challenges. Wheelchair-accessible routes are available, and the game doesn't require any fitness level or prior preparation.

You pick your format at checkout: one team or two teams competing, and whether you want the game in English or French. If you're splitting into two squads, each gets its own code and can race separately or meet up at the end to compare scores. The crazier you're willing to be for the camera, the more fun it lands.

Top questions

What languages is the tour guided in?

Live guide in English and French.

Can I play this with just two or three people, or do I need a bigger group?

You can book for one team or two teams. The game works at any group size. One team means everyone plays together on the same smartphone code, while two teams each get their own code and compete separately.

What happens if my phone runs out of battery or I lose signal during the game?

You'll need a smartphone with data connection (3G, 4G or 5G) throughout the two hours. The operator provides live chat and phone support seven days a week if you run into technical trouble, but you're responsible for keeping your device charged and connected.

Do I have to follow a set route, or can we explore Lille however we want?

The game sends you to specific locations for each challenge, but you choose how to get there and how long to spend at each stop. The whole thing adapts to your pace, so you're not locked into a schedule.

Is there a physical guide with us, or are we on our own?

You navigate using the app on your smartphone. There's no guide walking with your team. The app gives you instructions for each mission, and the operator's support team is available by phone or chat if you need help.

What's included in the price, and what do I need to bring?

The game code, free app, scenario and instructions are all included. You bring your own smartphone with a working data connection. The operator does not provide devices or physical materials.
