Sixty minutes to your first flight over the Mediterranean

A one-hour eFoil lesson in Cap d'Antibes teaches you to glide and fly on an Audi Aerofoils board with personalized coaching from a bilingual, state-certified sports instructor. You start lying down, progress to kneeling, then attempt your first flights over the water: all at your own pace, with real-time advice from your coach via remote connection. No prior experience required. 90% of sessions are first-timers.

The experience

Sixty minutes is enough to move from briefing to your first sensation of flying. You begin lying flat on the board in shallow water, learning how the electric motor and hydrofoil respond beneath you. Your coach walks you through handling, balance and the remote control before you ever leave the shallows. The progression is deliberate: lying down, then kneeling, then standing and attempting lift-off. Each step explained, each one optional until you're ready.

The coach stays in constant contact during your session, offering advice through a permanent connection so you get real-time feedback as you navigate. The board itself is an Audi Aerofoils: silent, electric and designed for beginners. You wear an impact vest and helmet. AXA insurance is included. Sessions are scheduled around the best sea and weather conditions at Cap d'Antibes, usually at Antibes Juan les Pins or Garoupe side, where the water shelters from wind and gives you the clearest shot at progress.

The experience is built for swimmers with no foil or surfing background. Children from age 13 can join. The instructor speaks English and French and adjusts the pace to where you are. What you're after is the moment the board lifts and you're no longer pushing through water. That's the flight, and it usually comes within the hour.
